Digital Learning Architect
Role Purpose:
To design structured, engaging, and scalable learning experiences by converting business content into effective learning journeys, especially for digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design end-to-end learning journeys (modules, pathways, certifications)
- Convert SME inputs, PPTs, and raw content into structured learning formats
- Create storyboards and instructional flow for digital learning
- Work closely with Content Creator for video-based learning development
- Ensure learning is:
1. Structured
2. Easy to consume
3. Outcome-driven
- Build assessments, quizzes, and reinforcement mechanisms
- Align learning design with business use cases and real scenarios
- Continuously improve content based on learner feedback and data
