Role Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and creative Digital Adoption & Change Enablement Specialist to lead initiatives that drive the adoption and usage of our digital platforms (such as portal, mobile app as well as internal digital tools). This cross-functional role combines digital marketing, change management, and communications to ensure our employees and partners are engaged, enabled, and empowered to use our digital platforms effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner & Customer Engagement
Design and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase usage of the partner portal and mobile app.
Develop compelling content (emails, banners, videos, toolkits) to promote key features and updates.
Collaborate with partner teams to gather insights and create targeted outreach strategies.
Internal Change Management
Lead change enablement activities to drive adoption of internal digital tools (e.g., CRM, Dashboards, ...
