This position reports to the Head of Marketing and directly manages the Corporate Communications Specialist and Copywriters.
What This Role Does
- Sets the Digital Direction
- Creates and leads the overall digital marketing strategy
- Turns business goals into clear digital campaigns and measurable KPIs
- Acts as the main decision-maker for digital marketing
- Leads Social Media & Content
- Oversees content and ads across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and the website
- Ensures messaging is consistent and on-brand
- Develops strategies for key accounts and underperforming kiosks
- Works closely with design and brand teams
