This full-time role will be responsible for developing and executing innovative digital marketing strategies that drive customer engagement and sales growth. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a crucial part in achieving the company's strategic objectives. 
Job Responsibilities Content Management & Publishing Plan, schedule, and publish daily content (posts, stories, reels, videos) aligned with brand voice and marketing goals. 
Write engaging captions (English Mainly/Tagalog mix) and optimize hashtags for maximum reach. 
Monitor trends and adapt content strategies for TikTok/Reels/Shorts. 
Community & Engagement Respond to comments, DMs, and reviews to foster positive interactions. 
Collaborate with influencers/KOLs for UGC and partnerships.
