Digital Media Account Manager

• To be the primary point of contact for clients
• Create strong, meaningful, and profitable relationships with clients
• Work with colleagues, vendors, and partners for project deliverables
• Ensure projects are carried out in a timely and efficient manner
• Provide regular reports, analysis, and recommendations to clients and management
• Keep track of trends and competition to constantly provide cutting‑edge services
• Conduct A/B split testing and other performance marketing to ensure we hit or exceed the KPI
• Troubleshoot and ceaselessly prepare for contingencies and ameliorate issues
• Keep a constant eye on budgets to maintain profitability
