As a Digital Operational Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our colleagues are confident, capable and competent in using a range of digital systems that support the delivery of outstanding care. Working as part of the Digital Transformation Team, you will partner closely with Operational, Learning & Development and Implementation teams to deliver engaging training, support new system rollouts and help colleagues embrace new ways of working.
