**Digital Platforms R&D Leader**
**The Digital Platforms R&D Leader will be responsible for driving the strategy, architecture, development, and operational excellence of Philips’ core digital platforms, including HSCS (HealthSuite Consumer Services), C2ME (Common Consumer Mobile Experience), and DevSecOps platforms. This role will lead a high-performing organization of approximately 50 engineers across multiple platform domains and play a critical role in accelerating platform scalability, security, innovation, engineering productivity, and consumer-centric digital experiences.** **The leader will work closely with engineering, product management, architecture, quality, security, and business stakeholders to define and execute platform roadmaps aligned with organizational goals, consumer needs, and business priorities.**
