About The Role

At Neat, we design video collaboration devices and experiences used in meeting rooms all over the world. Our products run Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Google Meet – but what we really design is how people, rooms, devices and software work together: reliably, intuitively, and at scale – bringing a human touch to highly technical systems.

We’re looking for a Digital Product Designer with strong conceptual thinking and excellent execution. This role goes far beyond UI design. You’ll work across hardware, embedded software, cloud services, and multi‑device room experiences – shaping how Neat products are set up, managed, and used from first power‑on to everyday operation.
