What You’ll Do
- Engage and convert leads via chat, email, and calls
- Guide clients through SMDC’s end‑to‑end digital buying journey
- Manage bookings, transactions, and CRM updates
- Deliver a smooth, personalized customer experience
- Represent SMDC as a digital sales frontliner
What We’re Looking For
- Graduate of a 4‑year course (Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related fields preferred)
- At least 1 year of BPO omni‑channel sales or real estate experience
- Strong communication skills and confidence in digital platforms
- Sales‑driven, organized, and customer‑focused
