Job Summary
Drive property sales through SMDC’s digital sales platform by engaging prospective buyers online, conducting virtual consultations, and managing the end-to-end digital purchasing journey. Serve as a tech-savvy, results-driven frontline ambassador for SMDC's digital transformation.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Sales & Lead Management: Nurture inbound (and outbound) leads via chat, email, or call.
- Order Management: Handle transactions and ensure timely booking of converted accounts within agreed SLAs.
