Responsibilities

• Drive business forward by reaching and exceeding sales goals.
• Turn prospects into loyal clients using cold‑calling strategy: build relationships, uncover needs, recommend suitable ADP products and services.
• Deepen relationships across the ADP family by strategically cross‑selling new products and solutions to existing accounts.
• Collaborate daily with internal and external customers to establish and maintain strong relationships.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated sales aptitude with assertive, persistent, and excellent closing skills.
• Goal‑oriented with proven ability to reach and exceed monthly and yearly quotas.
• Well‑organized with highly effective time and activity management skills.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Excellent systems literacy in MS Office.
