Digital Support Apprentice – Advanced Apprenticeship (Level 3)
DBM have served the UK food industry since 1997 and are a food packaging and hygiene supplier to hundreds of food and beverage processors across the country.
The Digital Team is expanding and we are looking to recruit a Digital Support Apprentice based in our Broxburn office.
Location: 6 Clifton View, East Mains Industrial Estate, Broxburn, West Lothian, EH52 5NE
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and emails professionally, providing excellent customer service at all times.
- Process customer orders and quotations accurately and efficiently.
- Support the sales team by preparing data, reports, and insights using Excel and Power BI.
- Maintain and update customer and product records in Maximizer CRM.
- Assist with invoicing and process financial transactions using Sage.
