Position: Digital Training Assistant
Location: Slough, Hybrid (2‑3 days onsite)

Responsibilities
- Create, adapt, and deploy digital training modules across internal and external platforms to support the EMEA ANZ training strategy.
- Produce training media, including filming and editing video content, and sourcing and preparing images from the internal library.
- Review and refine course materials to ensure they are engaging, current, high‑quality, and aligned to brand guidelines.
- Coordinate localisation and publishing, including translations, working with Commercial Training Managers and partnering with the US Digital team to tailor content for EMEA ANZ.
- Track, monitor, and report on digital training engagement and effectiveness, partnering with stakeholders to continuously improve outcomes.
