Digital UX and Web Executive

THE ROLE

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with experience in UX, website testing, QA or digital project support who enjoys working at the intersection of Marketing and Technology.
You'll be responsible for testing website functionality, identifying and troubleshooting issues across integrated platforms, and collaborating with Marketing, IT and Development teams to ensure customers enjoy a seamless digital experience. Your role will include: 

UX and customer journey optimisation

Website, CMS and system testing

Troubleshooting

CRO and A/B testing

YOU
To be successful in this role you MUST have: 

A solid understanding of UX and digital customer journeys

Experience with website testing

Technical knowledge of HTML. CSS and JavaScript

CMS platforms (Kentico would be an advantage)

Ability to work full time in Hertfordshire based offices
