Digital Workflow & Automation Architect

As an IT Platform Architect for ServiceNow Global, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing robust, scalable, and secure IT platforms that support our global operations, with a strong focus on the ServiceNow platform as a strategic enabler. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, IT product owners, and business analysts, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance with industry regulations.

Application Platform Architecture

• Design and maintain the global IT platform architecture, ensuring alignment with business requirements and future scalability with particular emphasis on ServiceNow platform architecture.
• Collaborate closely with IT product owners, IT solution architects, and development teams to guide platform development in a SAFe environment, including ServiceNow solution design, configuration, and implementation best practices.
