Role: Digital Workplace Architect Exp: 8 to 15 years Location: Pan India Job Description: • Experience in Digital Workplace / End User Services • Strong presales and solutioning experience across Service Desk, EUC, and OSS • Proven expertise in experience-led EUC transformation using DEX platforms (Nexthink preferred) • Extensive experience responding to large RFPs/RFIs for global enterprise customers • Strong understanding of Common, Federated, and Hybrid operating models • Hands-on knowledge of ITSM platforms (ServiceNow preferred), endpoint and collaboration tools • Service Desk – ITIL, SLAs, KPIs, XLAs, omni-channel support • EUC & DEX – Endpoint management, Nexthink, experience monitoring • Onsite Support – Desk-side, walk-up, VIP and field services Warm Regards, M.Vinodhini
