What You Will Do
Strategic Leadership
Develop and execute the global 3PL strategy to enable growth, speed, and scalability in alignment with enterprise priorities.
Serve as the strategic liaison between the EVP, Distribution & Transportation and 3PL partners to ensure performance alignment and contract compliance.
Lead long-term planning for distribution footprint optimization, automation adoption, and capability enhancement across regions.
Oversee sourcing, negotiation, and onboarding of new 3PL partners through a disciplined RFP and governance process.
Operational Excellence
Direct day-to-day operations and performance across Canada and global 3PL sites, ensuring delivery accuracy, safety, and efficiency.
Establish standardized operating frameworks, metrics, and KPIs across all 3PL locations to drive transparency and accountability.
