Director, Analytics and Insights

Director, Analytics & Insights oversees the Consumer Group analytics, business intelligence, and insights function to enable data-driven decision-making, commercial growth, customer experience enhancement, and operational optimization across the organization. The role shapes and executes the enterprise analytics strategy, advances AI and data capabilities and embeds a culture of evidence-based decision making across business functions. Works closely with senior business and technology stakeholders to translate complex data into actionable strategies that support business transformation and long-term competitive advantage.
