The opportunity

Teva Canada is seeking a strategically minded, highly experienced pharmaceutical leader to develop, shape and manage Teva Canada strategy and key priorities, integrating future-fit and alignment with both market dynamics and broader Teva direction.

As a member of the Canadian Leadership Team, the Director serves as a key strategic partner to the General Manager—providing structured insight, shaping priorities, and ensuring alignment across commercial, operations, finance, supply chain, regulatory, and medical functions.

Blending PMO leadership, commercial strategy, and chief of staff responsibilities, the Director establishes a disciplined governance framework that enables transparency, accountability, and timely execution of cross‑functional strategic initiatives.
