**Your Impact**

The primary purpose of this role is to lead the strategy, planning, and execution of Lowe’s corporate events and executive meetings that drive organizational alignment, reinforce company priorities, and strengthen associate engagement. The Director oversees a team responsible for designing and delivering high-impact experiences that connect leaders and associates to Lowe’s values, strategy, and culture. This includes events such as the Store Manager Meeting with all Lowe’s Store Managers and corporate leadership, Pro Outside Sales Meeting, Vendor Forum, Women’s Leadership Summit, and other programs.
