Reporting to the Executive Director, Psycho-Social-Spiritual Practice and Allied Health Workforce Planning, the Spiritual Care Practice Director (PD) is a strategic leader within Health Professions Strategy and Practice. As the most senior Spiritual Health Practitioner practice role in the public health system, the PD provides leadership and direction in the development, implementation, and evaluation of multiple transformational and complex provincial projects across AHS. This role shapes and directs the practice of Spiritual Health Practitioners in an interprofessional context and strategically addresses workforce challenges and opportunities.
