Mondrian Abu Dhabi is set to become the premier luxury destination and we are searching for an experienced forward‑thinking Director of Engineering to lead the preopening phase and ensure that all engineering and maintenance functions of the hotel are executed to the highest standards. This pivotal role requires a leader who is committed to operational excellence, delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining a smooth, efficient and innovative property. As the Director of Engineering you will manage all technical aspects, including the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems and the overall maintenance of the property while ensuring sustainability and energy efficiency are at the forefront.
