**The Role**
We are seeking an experienced Senior Engineering Manager to lead the delivery of high‑impact Engineering Excellence platforms, with a strong emphasis on Generative AI, modern engineering practices, and scalable software delivery. This role blends hands‑on technical leadership with building and developing a high‑performing engineering team across Belfast and Pune.
