As an Exit Ready Director, you will be a trusted advisor to Belgian SME entrepreneurs. - Act as a trusted advisor to SME entrepreneurs, guiding them through the exit preparation process;
- Lead consultancy projects focused on improving operational efficiency, financial performance, and strategic positioning to maximize company value;
