Director, Financial Planning & Analysis, GTB
Purpose
Designs and implements the management reporting framework for GTB Finance ensuring specific goals, plans, initiatives are executed / delivered in support of the team's business strategies and objectives. Ensures all activities conducted are in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies, and procedures. The FP&A Director reports to Director, Head GTB Finance and is responsible to design, coordinate, and renovate management reporting, and to develop and maintain management metrics for GTB. He/she has responsibility to manage and coordinate the financial forecast and budget process, contribute to global capital planning, and provide insights and analysis to enable expense management capabilities. The incumbent also has responsibility to develop and maintain procedures for all management reporting, and influence over Global Finance initiatives.
