Director, Financial Planning & Analysis

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise-wide budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning.
• Develop financial models to support strategic decision-making and scenario planning.
• Track business performance vs. plan and deliver actionable insights to leadership.
• Partner with business units to align financial targets with operational execution.
• Lead monthly/quarterly business reviews and executive reporting.
• Focus: Planning rigor, forecasting accuracy, performance visibility, decision support.

Minimum Qualifications

• Strong FP&A or strategic finance background (consulting, banking, or corporate finance).
• Advanced financial modeling and Excel/BI tools expertise.
• Experience in board-level reporting and executive communication.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
