About the Role Group Risk Management (GRM) provides independent and objective oversight of significant risks arising from RBC’s businesses and operations. The role reports to the Director, GRM – Wealth Management North America and focuses on risk identification, assessment, and governance for Wealth Management Canada business lines, including direct investing, retail brokerage, advisory, trust, and estate. The incumbent will oversee a range of financial and non‑financial risks, manage a direct report, and collaborate with internal stakeholders and centers of governance to promote a ‘Best of Class’ risk monitoring environment.

Measure, aggregate, and monitor portfolio risks across Market, Credit, Liquidity, Balance Sheet, Operational, Cyber, IT, and Third‑Party risk categories.
Identify, assess, and report material risks to executive committees and work with Centers of Governance to ensure timely remediation.
