Job Description
Mergers & Acquisitions (50%)

Partner with Corporate Development, Legal, Finance, and Executive teams to assess people risks and HR implications during M&A cycles.
Lead HR due diligence including org structure, compensation, benefits, compliance, employment contracts, and cultural compatibility.
Develop and execute comprehensive HR integration plans covering talent retention, communication, change management, and org design.
Conduct workforce assessments, evaluate skill gaps, and support decisions on role alignment, redeployment, or redundancy.
