Director, Human Resources

The principal purpose of the role is to provide effective, comprehensive, and professional Human Resources (HR) services to all departments. This position is a senior level business partner and is responsible for providing HR leadership across the organization. The incumbent will serve as a trusted advisor on all HR issues and as a partner to the business in hiring, developing, and retaining the best talent while overseeing the development and implementation of HR strategies.

• In alignment with global and regional strategy, develops and implements strategic HR priorities in support of business strategy and annual business objectives.
