**Job Description**

Join us in BAE's Countermeasures and Electromagnetic Attack Solutions (CEMA) Business Area as the leader of Operations for the Advanced Compact EW Solutions (ACES) Product Line. In this product line you will be supporting next-generation countermeasures to help aircraft answer evolving threats.
As the Director of Operations you will partner with ACES leadership to ensure Operations aspects of programs in the portfolio are executed successfully while also being a key leadership team contributor towards achieving the Product Line's Integrated Business Plan.
You will oversee strategy, proposal preparation, planning, coordination, and execution of all manufacturing operations to ensure delivery of quality products to prime government customers. You will create capacity and capability plans, for current and forecasted work and provide strategic leadership with emphasis on long range planning.
