Director, Internal Communications

Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Director, Internal Communications to join the People & Culture team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences. 

As the Director of Internal Communications, you will lead the internal communications function at Delivery Hero, defining the overall corporate narrative, structure, and governance to drive clarity, alignment, and engagement across our organisation.

Reporting to the Senior Director, People & Culture, you will act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership. This is a Director-level leadership role designed for a manager of a function who seamlessly bridges the gap between high-level strategic planning and hands-on execution. You are someone who can set the vision for our internal channels, coach a dedicated team, and roll up your sleeves to personally craft critical communications when the situation demands it.
