Director Internal Communications

Overview

Hexagon Autonomous Solutions is looking for a Director Internal Communications who will be responsible for leading the development, implementation, and governance of internal communications across the Hexagon Autonomous Solutions Business Area. This role provides strategic oversight for business area–wide communication while also delivering tailored support to each division to ensure clarity, alignment, and consistency of messaging. The Director partners closely with executive and divisional leadership teams to plan and execute effective internal communications that enhance employee engagement, strengthen organizational understanding, and reinforce company values across all levels of the business.
