Responsibilities:

Originate, structure, and execute leveraged buyouts, acquisition financings and recapitalization

Lead the origination and structuring of bespoke and innovative credit solutions, drive transaction execution working together with internal stakeholders

Design and structure transactions tailored to client and investor requirements, balancing risk, return, and regulatory considerations for leveraged and acquisition finance transactions
