Key Responsibilities

• Origination

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for syndicated loans across corporate and financial institutions.
  • Partner with coverage bankers and product teams to structure tailored financing solutions.
  • Lead client pitches, negotiate terms, and secure mandates for syndicated loan transactions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers at corporate clients and financial institutions.

• Distribution

  • Manage the syndication process from start to finish, including investor outreach, book‑building, and allocation.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with institutional lenders, banks, and alternative credit providers.
  • Provide market intelligence and pricing guidance to internal stakeholders and clients.
