Position Summary
Perseus Group, Constellation Software is looking for a Director of M&A; for its homebuilding and construction portfolio. This role will work closely with and report to the President of our Homebuilder Solutions Portfolio, manage the portfolio’s acquisition sourcing pipeline, collaborate with Perseus’ shared M&A; execution team, and oversee the portfolio’s transactions through the entire M&A; lifecycle.
Your role will be to source and analyze investment opportunities and coordinate M&A; execution. This role is designed to help you develop an understanding of investing, operating, and growing vertical market software businesses.
In this role, you will lead the sourcing and acquisition of businesses into the portfolio.
