Director, Market Access

• Lead and shape Eutelsat’s regulatory strategy across the Middle East and North Africa, covering market access, licensing, and compliance for Eutelsat satellite systems.
• Secure landing rights, authorizations, type approvals, and frequency licenses in alignment with ITU Radio Regulations, standardization organizations, and national frameworks.
• Drive licensing and deployment of Eutelsat earth stations and user terminals.
• Engage national regulators, ministries, and intergovernmental organizations to advocate for enabling policy and regulatory frameworks.
• Lead negotiations to enable multi‑orbit GEO/LEO operations and acceptance of Eutelsat satellite architectures.
