DIRECTOR MEDICO (Santiago)

The Medical Director is a member of the Affiliate Management Team, with direct participation in governance meetings. Its responsibilities include providing Medical Manager supervision in the technical approach related to each product strategy, ensuring a solid medical function represented by different divisional teams. The role involves development and optimization of work and communication strategies and processes, transforming the techno-scientific language of pharmaceutical products into consistent marketing information toward a safety and risk‑controlled practice for the EPD product use in the market. Additionally, the position manages, leads, and trains related areas such as Medical Affairs, New Evidence Generation Projects, Medical Information, Digital Initiatives and Sales Force training, ensuring these functions are appropriately represented and technically adequate for medical activities.
