**Job Summary and Responsibilities**
As our Director Mission Integration for St. John's Regional Medical Center and St. John's Hospital Camarillo, you will lead and set strategy for mission integration to ensure the mission, vision, values, heritage, ethics, and identify are integrated into all aspects of the hospitals.
Every day, you will promote a values-based organizational culture uniting people around our mission, and help design and implement educational programming for staff, volunteers, the community, and others about the Dignity Health mission and values. You will also prepare regular accountability reports for the senior leadership team and hospital board regarding key areas of mission integration: organizational identity, spirituality and culture, ethical principles, and community health and the common good.
