Who We Are We are a highly specialized programmatic advertising agency that focuses 100% on digital media buying. We exceed conversion goals in nearly every campaign and work with some of the largest companies in North America.

Location: 210 W Broadway, Vancouver. This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days a week in office with the first 3 months of onboarding fully in office. Office hours are 9-5.

About The Role

Director of Business Development reporting to the Chief Growth Officer. You will be responsible for driving new business revenue through strategic prospecting, relationship development, consultative selling, and closing high‑value client partnerships. As a key member of the Sales team, you will identify new market opportunities, refine our go‑to‑market approach, and accelerate War Room’s growth trajectory.
