About the Opportunity We’re looking for a Director of DevOps with a passion for learning, a kind heart, a positive attitude, and a great sense of humor to join our growing team. In this role, you will lead DevOps strategy, cloud infrastructure, reliability, automation, and platform operations for a SaaS engineering organization. You will mentor the DevOps team, drive best practices across AWS-first infrastructure, CI/CD, observability, incident response, security, and cost optimization, and partner closely with Engineering, Product, Security, Data, QA, executive leadership, and key vendors to improve system resilience, developer productivity, and delivery efficiency.
