Overview
Overview
The True Swing Golf Academy at Caguas Golf Club in Caguas, Puerto Rico is looking for a teaching professional to move to paradise and lead junior coaching and development programs within an established curriculum and philosophy for ages 5-17. Programming will include but not limited to year-long age-appropriate training groups, team/league play as well as holiday & summer day camps.
The instructor will be an employee of Caguas Golf Club, and report to the Owner/Founder of True Swing, Erika Larkin, PGA & Golf Digest Top 50 Teacher as well as the management on-site at Caguas.
This role is designed for a professional who is passionate about coaching golf, mentoring juniors, values community, creativity, organization, and growth. The candidate must have extensive experience running large junior golf programs with long-term development in mind.
