Director of Learning Support & Student Experience

OnlyFE is seeking a strategic leader to enhance the student experience across Sheffield College. The successful candidate will oversee learning support, ensuring compliance and quality outcomes for students and apprentices.

This role requires exceptional leadership skills to manage and develop approaches that drive inclusive teaching and effective support, alongside maximizing funding for High Needs students.

As part of the Senior Leadership Team, you will contribute to the college's mission and work collaboratively to achieve educational excellence.
