DIRECTOR OF OFFSHORE OPERATIONS

Lead offshore delivery operations, ensuring service excellence, workforce performance, and client expectations are met. Act as senior representative for both iFIVE and the Client, balancing company policies with client priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership – Lead offshore execution, develop operational plans, ensure alignment of workflows and staffing with business needs.

• Dual Representation – Uphold iFIVEs governance, compliance, and standards while supporting client-specific requirements. Liaise between the iFIVE’s leadership, client stakeholders, and internal teams.

• Service Delivery & Performance – Monitor productivity, quality, SLA adherence. Identify gaps, drive action plans, and track performance against client requirements.
