Director, Patient Affordability Analytics

The **Director, Patient Affordability Analytics** is responsible for leading and innovating data assets and strategies for the creation and measurement of Pfizer's patient affordability and copay programs. The Director will be integral in helping develop data and analytical strategies and dashboards that usher in confident decisions to implement innovative patient affordability programs and tactics that positively impact the patient journey. An individual with a strong analytical ability is a must, but this should be accompanied by strong business acumen, communication skills, and an attention to detail.

The position will work closely with Pfizer's Patient Affordability Solutions Team Lead and the Patient Service Analytics & Insights Team Lead. The individual will interact with multiple cross functional team members from, Pfizer Digital, Pfizer Patient Services, Pfizer Patient Solutions, Pfizer Business Analytics community, finance, legal, and compliance.
