Director, Physical Sales Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada | Department: Sales | Reports to: Co‑General Manager, WMC Job Type: Regular, Full Time | Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week | Pay Range: $100,000 – $130,000 (annual) Position status: Backfill. Key Responsibilities

Lead the sales strategy to achieve and exceed revenue targets across retail, B2B, and e‑commerce channels. Forecast revenue and oversee Sales, E‑Commerce, and Customer Service teams. Drive the end‑to‑end sales process, optimizing volume, product mix, and pricing based on market trends. Create, negotiate, and launch retail marketing campaigns to secure prime exposure and revenue generation. Communicate new releases, distribution notices, price changes, sales campaigns, and deletion notices to stakeholders. Manage vendor‑managed inventory control to maximize sales and limit risk.
