Director - Primary Rating Structured Finance

Summary

The Director takes part to and leads in complete autonomy credit rating committees for the assignment and, occasionally, monitoring of structured finance ratings. In this context, the jobholder analyses complex structured finance transactions, develops and maintains credit rating methodologies and writes insightful credit research related to the structured finance sector. The Director also acts as a mentor and provides support to less experienced analysts. Moreover, the Director leads operational review visits and takes part to  investor, issuer and arranger’s meetings and calls.
