You, as a Director, Quality, will: 
Act as the key point leader and day-to-day champion for quality excellence in the Area

Promote a culture of quality through biweekly Operations meetings, Area-wide presentations, project team meetings, site walk-throughs, and other ongoing ad-hoc interactions and meetings throughout Area

Develop and maintain an appropriate team structure for full-time quality management personnel to service individual sectors and specific client requirements

Support teams in the effective execution of quality management on their project

Aid in the understanding of project quality requirements and key project risks

Assist in the development of project-specific quality management plans
