What you will do
- Lead Qualitrol’s software‑enabled enterprise services delivery, bringing consistency, transparency, and disciplined execution to our software programs, aligned to Ralliant’s operating rhythm and RBS.
- Manage Product Owners, Architects, Test Engineers, and Software Developers using Agile/Scrum to deliver customer‑facing services.
- Continuously improve how we build—championing modern practices such as AI‑assisted delivery, continuous integration, test‑driven development, and systematic problem solving.
- Partner across global business and technology teams to align priorities, manage delivery risk, and remove roadblocks.
