Summary Of The Role

Lead the cultural and technical evolution toward Cloud & AI-first thinking, driving strategy through the AI Center of Excellence. In this influential role, you will manage diverse, cross-functional engineering teams to build robust, scalable, and reusable Data & AI applications. You will be responsible for defining strategic technical direction, mentoring engineers, and ensuring rigorous compliance with secure development guidelines while meeting all critical QE, DevSec, and FinOps KPIs. Success requires strong partnerships with product, D&A, business, and global stakeholders to uphold high engineering standards and drive our business goals.
