ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Work closely with the VP Global Sales Engineering and execute the overall strategy for the APAC region Solutions & Sales Engineering team in alignment with company goals and objectives. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of highly skilled solutions and sales engineers across APAC region countries, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Oversee the design, development, and delivery of complex electrical and mechanical solutions, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
